Our Process

① Preparation

Ceramic coatings only last for the full duration if the paint is properly prepared prior to application. We follow a three-step preparation process.

  • Strip wash

    We wash the car with powerful shampoo to eliminate all existing wax, sealants, and surface-level contaminants from the paint surface.

  • Clay bar decontamination

    Clay barring thoroughly removes embedded contaminants, ensuring the polishing stage doesn’t introduce any new scratches or swirls.

  • Iron fallout removal

    A specialised chemical process that dissolves iron particles from the paint, ensuring a clean surface prior to polishing and coating.

② Restoration

What does paint restoration do?

Paint restoration will remove all scratches from the paint and restore it to a mirror finish through machine polishing.

Is it needed for ceramic coating?

Not always! If you are 100% happy with how your paint looks now and just want to preserve its current condition - skip this step!

③ Ceramic coating

Our skilled technicians carefully apply the ceramic coating to every inch of your car, giving you lasting protection for up to 5 years.

We also offer the option to add a second coat, which is a $149 upgrade to any of our packages below.

Restore + Ceramic Coat

5-year ceramic coating applied after a standard paint restoration, bringing a mirror-finish to cars in fair condition.

  • We prepare, restore, and ceramic coat your vehicle.

    This will provide the best results for most cars.

  • Our restoration & coat typically requires around 6 hours to complete.

  • Paintwork in average condition, with minor scratches and swirls, dulled appearance and some oxidation.

Deep Restore + Ceramic Coat

5-year ceramic coating applied after a deep paint restoration, bringing a mirror-finish to cars in worn-out condition.

    • Everything listed above

    • Two stages of paint restoration:

      • A “heavy cut” polishing step which will remove medium-depth scratches and leftover sanding marks, but leave the paint slightly hazy

      • A “finishing” polishing stage which correct the haze from the first two steps, and leave a truly brilliant shine

  • This service will take at least 8 hours. We tend to split this over 2 days.

  • Cars where the paintwork is in poor condition, with deeper scratches and heavy oxidation.
